Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are printed or produced specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size or color selections, or personal preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at moonchildcomfortscrubs@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
